JOB Summary

Surety Se7en, India’s first Surety Bond insurance provider, is looking for a Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling surety bond insurance products and services to individuals and businesses. They work to identify potential customers, enquire their specific surety bond requirements and suggest solutions that are best for them.

We are a creative, cross-platform team working in an innovative environment, focusing on the significant Surety Bond insurance requirement in India. As a Sales Executive at Surety Se7en, you would identify & approach potential customers through market research and lead generation activities. You would work closely with other departments to set up systems to ensure smooth operation of the company and succesful sale of Surety Bond products & services.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate (B.Tech, B.com etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience of Sales in service based company.
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional Sales experience overall.
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Good Listening Skills, Negotiation Skills and bias towards Customer Centricity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Prior experience working in sales in Insurance sector
  • 3+ Experience in sales in an insurance company in a customer dealing role.
  • Postgrad (MBA, M.Com etc.) is a plus
  • Insurance Qualifications – Broker Qualified Person
